First Year Script - Ministry of Magic

Welcome to your Security Training! I will be your trainer for today.

Before we begin, would you like to use our online training? This requires you to be on a browser.

Hover over “Resources” > “Guides” > “Training Guides” > click “1st Year Guide”

We will begin with learning about FTS, Filling the Security station.

1. Filling Security allows you to direct members into base,
send recruits to training or send a troll back to the lobby.

2. Always make sure to check if the member has the correct badge, motto and uniform.

3. Muggles must wear the [MoM] Main Badge. 1st Yrs to 1iCs, must be wearing their division badge.

4. Ensure you always check the portal for their correct motto.

Portal is a website that allows us to keep track of ranks, promotions, etc.

Fantastic! To send someone to someone through security,

First sit at FTF, and then use the :open command

The Muggle will be sent to Filling the Security or FTS.

Great! Now we will be going through some of the commands.

:green – lets them enter base.

:red – sends them back to the lobby.

:yellow – sends them to training.

:uni – allows them to automatically wear the uniform.

Use this command if they struggle wearing the uniform.

Okay! We will now move on to the exam and simulation!

Please follow me to the security simulation area.

You need to get at least 2 questions right out of 3 on the exam to pass.

<Direct them to the security simulation area, same room as training room>

You may have a seat at security and give me a moment to prepare.

[Simulation 1: You are to portray yourself as a muggle.
Please ensure you wear the correct badge and have [MoM] Muggle as your motto.
Do not wear the uniform. Once ready, proceed into the gate at the corner.]

Hello, I am a Muggle and I cannot put on the uniform. Can you please help me with that?

[Ensure they use the uniform command on you, once done let them know you are ready for training.
If they send you to the yellow tile, they are correct and passed Simulation 1.
If they send you to the green or red tiles, please inform them of the mistake and have them try again.]

Well done! We’ll move on to the second scenario.

[Simulation 2: You are to portray yourself as a troll.
Please ensure you are not wearing any badges and have no motto.
Uniform choice is up to you. Once ready, proceed into the gate at the corner.]

[If they send you to the red tile, they are correct and passed Simulation 2.

Well done! Let’s move onto the final scenario.

[Simulation 3: You are to portray yourself as a 2nd year.
Please ensure you are wearing the 2nd year badge, have [MoM] 2nd
Year Graduate [promo tag] as your motto, and don’t forget the uniform as well. There should be a mannequin in case you do not have the uniform.

Once ready, proceed into the gate at the corner.]

Hi! I am a 2nd year graduate! I would love to enter base, please |

Congratulations! You have passed your 1st Year Training.

Now you’ll need to set up your own portal account.

This will allow you access to view the security feature and check members while at FTS.

Please open another tab: https://portal|momhabbo|com

Click the button that says “Register” to create a new account. Ensure you put your Habbo username.

After your username, you can create your password as well.

Copy the motto verification code and paste it into your Habbo motto.

Make sure that your Habbo motto is the same as the verification code, then press “Refresh motto”.

If both of them are the same, you may click on the “Register” button.

Well done, you have set up your portal account!

Expand the sidebar, then click “Security”.

Input the member’s username into the search bar.

This will inform you if the user is allowed entry.

Please make sure you spell the username correctly to avoid any mistakes.

A tip for how to do this is whispering them and copying their username from the chat bar.

Then paste their username into the search bar on the portal.

If they work in the Ministry, you will see their current rank, last promoter etc.

Before you let them in, make sure that they have the correct motto, uniform and badge.

Now onto the next portion, which is getting you into our Discord server.

This is how we communicate with all of our members.

We also announce important events and utilize respective channels such as:

pay submissions, disconnect proof, idea suggestions, etc.

Do you have a Discord account?

<If they do not, please assist them with registering a discord account.>

Please open a new tab and visit discord|com (Replace the heart with a dot)

Once there, click on “Open Discord on your browser”.

Click on create an account, please let me know once you’re done.

Now proceed to the “Friends” tab and add me as a friend

So I can invite you to the server!

My discord username is [insert discord username]

Please add me at [insert discord username]

This will allow me to easily send you an invite to our server.

<Once they added you, send them an invite to the MoM Discord Server>

First channel you’ll see is Server Verification, please read the instructions!

Then type /verify (your habbo username) and the bot will send you the instructions.

Let me know once you’re done and are verified to access other channels.

Once you’re done please head to the #get-roles channel and type /getroles

The bot will provide you with the necessary roles to access the channels.

Now, I’ll teach you how to post Galleon vouchers as a 1st Year.

Once you have completed a task (ex. 1 hour FTF), screenshot your Habbo avatar at the station,

Habbo profile and your computer’s time stamp.

Then you may post the screenshot along with the format on Discord > #galleons-vouchers.

If you are unsure of how the screenshot should look like,

You may look at the previous post as a reference.

Please ensure you always have a voucher when you are posting a vouch.

A voucher is a member who can witness your 1 hour at a station.

You may ask in base for a 5iC+ to vouch for you.

Additionally, any member who is in Trial iC period and in PAY TEAM

is allowed to vouch for your Galleons.

Please remember that they must be both or they cannot vouch.

If there are no vouchers, make sure all seats in base are visible in the screenshot.

Great! Now, I’ll explain how to claim pay as a 1st year. Now that you have portal,

your Galleons will be logged into your portal account where you can see them. In order

to claim pay, click on “Pay/Promote” in the sidebar.

This will take you to a page where you can input the amount of Galleons

you want to claim. Simply type in the amount into “Pay Request Amount”

and click “Send Pay Request”, then wait for a payer to respond to the request.

Please note that you must have at least 10 Galleons to claim pay.

You can also only claim 50c (100 Galleons) per day.

Now please follow me into the training hallway.

<Go back through the teleport and stand on the group gate to allow the trainee to enter the Sorting Hat.>

The Sorting Hat asks you questions and puts you in the house that fits you best.

Make sure to request the badge from the banner located above your House uniform.

Please change your motto to: [MoM] First Year Flying [your tag]

Request the First Year badge from the banner located on the very left side.

Once your 1st Year badge has been accepted, please wear it at all times while in base.
