composed of 9 questions on your knowledge of the Ministry.

As a Seventh Year, you will now be able to fill the help desk (FTHD)!
Currently our base does not have a help desk, but it would be great get yourself familiar with it.
I will be guiding you on some topics that you may need to be familiar with.
These topics may pop up in common questions the Ministry members may have.
So please pay attention and take notes if you need to.

Let us start with an important reminder!
As stated in the Code of Conduct, the help desk (FTHD) is the station with the lowest priority.
As such, please only fill the station when somebody is seeking help,
Or when the other stations (e.g. FTF) are all filled.
Now onto the common topics you need to be familiar with when helping others in FTHD.
The first topic would be Pay!
When somebody seeks help regarding pay, the most efficient steps would be to:
Head to the website (momhabbo|com)
Go to ‘Policies’ → ‘Pay Guide’
Scan through the web page and check if the information required is on the page.
If you’re not able to find the information, seek help from other members in base.

Perfect! Let us now move on to the 2nd topic: iC ranks
It is important to understand what is an iC and how a member can become an iC.
To become a 5iC, one has to first reach the last rank of the light path (Headmaster)
Or the last rank of the dark path (The Master of Death).
They will then have to pass the S.P.E.W program (Trial iC program).
Alternatively, one can purchase iC ranks.
5iC costs 1500c, 4iC costs 2000c, 3iC costs 3000c,
2iC costs 5000c, and 1iC costs 7500c.
iCs are important members of the Ministry, as they need to be role models to the non-iC members!
They also have tasks to complete, as well as an Elective Point System.
Where they have to meet monthly point requirements by completing various activities.

Great! Let us now move on to the next topic: Departments
This topic is especially applicable to you as well!
Because in order to progress past 7th Year, you need to be in a Department
MoM has various departments, such as:
1. Department of Magical Games and Diplomacy (External Affairs & Events)
2. Office of Student Affairs (Mentoring)
3. Consortium of Finance (Pay Team)
4. The Prophet (Media/Entertainment Team)
5. Ministry Recognition Council
Department directors/overseers usually advertise applications.
Which can be found in: #department-applications channel on our Discord server.
Do make sure to check them out and see if any applications are open.

This topic may be very common due to the fact that:
Some members may be new to the game, and
They would need to trade in order to receive their pay!
When a member seeks your help regarding their trading pass, simply:
1. Head to the website (momhabbo|com)
2. Go to “Resources” > “Guides” > Click on “Trading Pass Guide”

As a reminder, it consists of 9 questions related to different aspects of the Ministry.
You’ll need to get 7 out of 9 questions correct to pass.

Must have 1hr filling a station, then screenshot Habbo avatar filling a station with computer’s time stamp and avatar’s profile of OT and a voucher.
6 alts. One Galleon per 3 hours of alt time.
20 Days.

Great! We have come to the end of the 7th Year training session!
As you enter the final year, a few reminders about certain past policies:
Only 3rd Year Students and above are allowed to promote members
as long as it’s not within the same division they’re in.
You are allowed to promote 1 division below your own.
5iC’s can promote someone up to the last rank of Head Professors/Voldemort’s Army
Both the promotee and promoter MUST have filled a station for at least 10 minutes.
Hovering is FORBIDDEN so, please do not hover 2 minutes before.
It is also important to understand how disciplinary actions work at MoM.
Directors and Overseers of Magical Law Enforcements are allowed to fire members.
2iC Undersecretaries can discharge members and have to send evidence to MLE.
Instant firing can be Illegal Warfare, Sexual Harassment and Double Jobbing.

Lastly, it is important to know the LOA policies before we leave.
Firstly, contact the OOTP members.
Then go to the portal, click on the “Leaves” tab on the left and press “Apply”.
Fill in the information you need and hit “Send”.
If you are going on LOA, you must inform your department(s).
That information should include how many days and tagging the department iC’s.
If your LOA duration is 7 days, you HAVE to be on LOA for 7 days
If your LOA is longer than 7 days, you come back within 4 days it started.
EVERY member is entitled a 48-hour grace period after LOA has ended.
