You will be tested at the end, so please be sure to pay attention.

Let’s go over the basic rules of MoM.
1. Every member of the agency is expected to follow the Habbo way and respect one another.
2. Asking for pay, promotions, or rights is strictly prohibited.
3. Colored chats are only permitted for 5iC+ and VIPs, you can find more information on our Code of Conduct.
4. Self-promotion or any form of double jobbing is not allowed and certain consequences may be faced.
5. Uniform must be worn at all times whilst in base until 3rd Year division.
6. Profile and online time visibility must be turned on at all times.
7. All official communications must happen under official servers with the presence of members of the Foundation.
Exceptions to this rule can be made when giving feedback, private conversations, or interviews.

Let’s move on with the station priority in the ministry.
These are the stations that every ministry member must prioritize to fill.
The order of station priorities is as follows:
FTF – Fill the Front
When working FTF, you are permitted to allow MoM members into the base through Security Station.
Additionally, ensure all new recruits have an account that is at least 1 day old.
The command to teleport them to Security is “:open”.
To teleport them back to the lobby use command “lobby”.
Please remember when FTF to check their B.U.M (Badge, Uniform, Motto).
FTS – Fill the Security
When working FTS, you are responsible for sending members/muggles to the appropriate area
by using the Security Search on the Portal.
Please ALWAYS check for their BUM.
The following commands are being used in FTS:
:uni – Put the standard uniform on them.
:green – Teleports member into FTB;
:yellow – Teleports Muggles to FTT;
:red – Send member/muggle back to the lobby.
FTT – Fill the Training
You are required to train muggles before they can start working.
Remember to LOG ALL your trainings on our portal.
Send members to :yellow at FTS so they can go through the teleport.
Only record training on Portal once the muggle has PASSED.
When training new 1st Year Students, remember to use the Security Simulator.
FTHD – Fill the Help Desk
Once in 7th year and above, you may fill the Help Desk.
Currently our base does not have a help desk, but it would be great get yourself familiar with it.
This station should be used when any members of the ministry have any questions or queries.
Please try to answer them as best you can and feel free to seek assistance if necessary.
FTTD – Fill the Transfer Desk
Only Transfer Unit members are allowed to fill this station.

Now let’s talk about the Pay System.
Galleons are the currency used in MoM to claim pay. You may claim pay at a rate of
2 Galleons = 1 Habbo credit, OR 1 Galleon = 1 Habbo credit if you’re
using them to make a rank purchase.
You earn Galleons for completing certain tasks, such as FTF, promoting/training,
and department activities, as well as others.
Pay times are at 3AM, 11AM and 7PM EST, but pay may be claimed at any time by tagging
@Pay Team in #miscellaneous-requests on Discord.
You must have at least 10 Galleons on portal to claim pay.
Once you’ve met all requirements, you should follow the following steps to post your vouch.
Go to the official Ministry of Magic discord server > #galleons-vouchers
You must seek a 5iC+ member to vouch for you.
Additionally, you may also use a member who’s in the HP/VA division and on the PAY TEAM.
Please ensure that they have both requirements before using them as vouchers.
You must also provide a screenshot, including your online time and your computer’s timestamp.
Lastly, please refrain from being AFK/unresponsive when you are filling a station.
If you are caught being AFK/unresponsive,
there will be a goblin’s cut imposed on you which means that you will earn less.

Lastly, our Leave of Absence (LOA) policy.
Any member of The Ministry may not exceed 20 days of account inactivity.
This is lowered to 15 days for members ranked Magical Creatures/ Dark Enchanters and above.
7 days for members ranked honorable Wizard/Witch (5iC)+.
MoM uses a Tier System for our LOA, please refer to our LOA Policy for more information.
Members found regularly active in base and on Discord during their leave may have their LOA revoked.
To request a leave, you must go onto Portal, locate the “Leaves” page and apply for leave.
Members are required to inform their department command team if they are going on leave.
Before applying, members are required to request the LOA badge owned by MoM-RC on Habbo,
and request the LOA role on Discord.
You must also notify OOTP when you have done all of the above.

We are now ready to start the test.
It consists of 8 questions related to different aspects of the Ministry.
You’ll need to get 6 out of 8 questions correct to pass.

Since you have transferred into 7th Year and above, you will be required to take the OWL Exam.
This will allow OOSA to test your knowledge and allow you to progress further in MoM.
