The Prisoners of Azkaban relate to people who are on the following lists at MoM: Ban on Site (BoS), National Punishment (NP) and Do Not Hire (DnH). These people have been disloyal, disrespectful and disregarded the ongoings within the Ministry.
Foundation and the Magical Law Enforcement team, as well as the Transfer Unit for the Do Not Hire list, have decided collectively on the punishment for these people.

The Ministry of Magic (MoM) strictly are against the Dark Arts and Illegal Magic; professionally known as Illegal Warfare. This includes but not limited to: Threatening, DDoSing, doxing, hacking and the release of personal information.
The safety and protection of information, of all members, within the Ministry of Magic will always be our first priority, always, no matter what.
The Ministry of Magic (MoM) will forever uphold a strict policy against the involvement or affiliate regarding those who are involved or actively engaged in illegal warfare, otherwise known as illegal warfare operatives (IWO). There will be no exceptions made, and anyone found on this list will not be welcomed nor given a place within MoM at all costs.
Removal or appeals from the list must be done by providing substantial evidence directly via any Ministry of Magic EA command or Foundation+ to then be discussed thoroughly.
We introduce this policy as a way to show the Ministry of Magic’s stance against all illegal warfare and improving the overall safety on the Habbo.com floor as a whole.
