What is the Transfer Unit?

The Department for the Regulation and Control of External Transfers (that’s us!) plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming transition for all new arrivals to MoM. If you’re passionate about helping others and bringing the wizarding community closer, this is where your journey begins.

We’re currently seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our team and take part in the important work of supporting student transfers from beyond our walls.

Your Role

  • Facilitate the welcoming of new transferees into the Ministry
  • Guide them through their first steps
  • Work alongside a dedicated team to create a supportive, welcoming environment
  • Help maintain the Ministry’s reputation for excellence & inclusivity

Who We're Looking For

  • You must be MC/DE or higher!
  • Minimum of two weeks within the Ministry
  • Active presence on both Habbo and Discord
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Have experience or willing to learn

* All Electives are required to be part of the Transfer Team and there are no quota for this department
